Why Didn’t You Just Leave?

One of the questions people ask who do not understand the manipulative nature of narcissistic abuse is, “Why didn’t you just leave?"

Most people who are victims of narcissistic abuse can get away from their captor; however, the effects of the abuse hijack the brain of the victim into surrendering themselves, their goals, and wishes for that of an individual they love so much, but who continuously hurts them.

Once my book is published, you will understand so much more. I am still working with my publisher to make it excellent.

This is delaying production; however, it is increasing the value of the content in so many ways.

Each day, I am healthier than the one before. My mental clarity, professionalism, and confidence have begun exceeding anything I ever imagined; yet here we are.

I am a showcase of the effects that the traumatic effects of narcissistic abuse have on the brain, and offering hope that after over fifty years of mental illness, I am well now that I have detached from the abuse and found a loving, loyal, sacrificial support system to teach me what love really is.

The book will be done in God’s timing, and I am trusting Him as I look forward to an incredible piece of work that was done out of a labor of love for my fellow humans. God and I desire all to have the same healing opprotunites that I have experienced from the traumatic effects of narcissistic abuse.
