People who have never experienced the traumatic effects of narcissistic abuse think about situations from their point of view. They often judge victims for not making the decisions that they would have made, having not developed mental illness from traumatic abuse and neglect from people we turned to for love and support.
To recover from the deadly effects of narcissistic abuse, individuals must begin detaching from the force that is sucking the life out of them. Narcissistic abuse leads to death, stealing precious life and its path. Its victims believe imaginable lies and lose the ability to find personal safety and prosperity.
One must soberly acknowledge that love has not developed, nor will it ever, with an individual into whom we have poured our heart and soul.
If you need to make a life change, the first step is taking care of yourself. Sneak away for some time and make a list of activities that might make you feel good.
Recognize you are a child of God whom He expects to be cared for and enjoy good things. God does not want anyone abused. We are his children; He is the perfect Father, attentive and desiring only what is good for us.
His love includes discipline, preventing us from living outside of His will. He also allows heartache and suffering, which leads us to a closer relationship with Him when we allow it to.
If you are abused, you are feeling used up and unworthy. That is a lie. Find people you think could relate to your new life and make a connection.
In your developing strength, secretly detach emotionally to save your life and legacy. When free from the abuse, you will develop the strength needed to turn your back on narcissistic abuse forever.
Keep your business to yourself so that your abuser does not have extra artillery. You can tolerate their anger for one more season as you develop the strength you need to turn your back on narcissistic abuse forever.
