So many young women do not value themselves enough to be surrounded by confident men who appreciate smart, powerful women.
One should not accuse all men of the unhealthy behavior of some who share in species identification. How naïve to throw all men into a box. Those who participate in such ridiculousness do not recognize how they reveal deep insecurities. Healthy people realize that unwellness is causing such limiting belief systems.
I am astounded at hearing all the anti-male rhetoric. I have an abusive past that came in many forms of misogyny, yet my current experience causes me to value and appreciate the differences between men and women.
In a healthy relationship, I can recognize the incredible gifts each one of us possesses.
I was created with a great deal of femininity, but until I was able to accept the fact that I am with a trustworthy man, my essence remained concealed under somewhat of a hard outer shell.
I have been limited in the breadth of my femininity because the men in my life before now did not serve in the roles that God had called them to. The men in my life before now could care less about God‘s plan.
When called into leadership, the men in my life previously took on cowardly positions. I was forced to be my leader until I found myself in a trustworthy marriage where I knew my leader has God’s will and my best interests at heart.
If you want a safe relationship, you must care for yourself the way you expect your partner to care for you. If people spend more time self-reflecting, they will become less caught up in obnoxious trends, like male bashing.
You are incredibly valuable; I trust you know that and are spending time with others who recognize your intrinsic value.
