After discovering her own resilience, she now shares with others the valuable system she developed for self-care called SEEP. SEEP stands for Spiritual, Environmental, Emotional and Physical. Charlotte realized that by being intentional in maintaining balance in these 4 areas of her soul, she could have resilience to deal with life’s challenges. SEEP identifies the areas of the soul that one should be in touch with, to strengthen the core of their soul and be prepared for the challenges that life has up ahead. Charlotte’s Soul Work Journal, released May 2018 is the perfect coaching tool for people to strengthen their soul.
