Recently, I have discovered that what I thought was love and care in meaningful relationships was my imagination, covering the reality that my presence has served as a vehicle offering substance for narcissistic behavior. I could not believe it to be something from loved ones until it was on paper through some legal decsionsvthst were clearly not in my best interest. I could no longer deny reality, the love I felt for others and the love they felt for me were not even close. I was forced to face it, and so was my 2nd husband. I plummeted to rock bottom in my deep daddy wounds and in the deep pain carefully placed in a self are friendly environment was where I found a whole new relationship with God and He led me to discover my voice. Reality vs. The piecemeal of attention and overlooked neglect has been extremely difficult to digest, and yet, seeing reality and putting down my rose-colored glasses is what is bringing me incredible wellness. There is no more pretense in me. The only reason I can live with such transparency is because I sincerely told the Lord that He could have everything else if I could have Him. Exercise is a significant part of my mental health

Exercise is a significant part of my mental healthcare. I don't feel great, but I'm going out to get out of my head with people, music and to get lost in the movement. I have been developing incredible muscle aches from not using them suddenly, for almost ten days as I have been recovering from a COVID knockdown dragout. I have been stretching, which has helped, but today, I’m ready to strengthen. What exercise does feel like work to you? #charlottessoul #spoiledrottenrichkidadifferentkindoftrauma
