Navigating Amplified Pain During the Holiday Season

The holiday season can magnify feelings of loneliness, especially when we’re the only one without the picture-perfect, fun-loving family. In this video, I share my heart on navigating the pain of estranged relationships, particularly when narcissistic dynamics keep others, including children, loyal to the abuser.

It’s never easy, but I’ve learned to trust that when God removes people from our lives, it’s for a purpose—often to make space for something better. Instead of staying stuck in the heartache, we can accept what is, move forward, and find joy in the new path He’s leading us to.

If you’re struggling this season, know you’re not alone. Healing and hope are possible, even when it feels like everything has been taken from you. Let’s talk about how to find peace and purpose despite the pain.
